Could you be the full-time Program Cybersecurity Manager (f/m/d) in Mannheim we’re looking for?

- Ensure timely, high-quality cybersecurity deliverables across all project phases
- Support technical teams in integrating cybersecurity into design and delivery
- Align with stakeholders on security measures and ensure clear communication across the program
- Manage incident response and audit coordination
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and lessons learned

- Degree in Engineering or related field; cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, CISM) are a strong plus
- Proven experience in cybersecurity architecture, design, and deployment of security technologies

- Strong knowledge of risk analysis methods, system/network architecture, and security evaluation techniques
- Skilled in managing QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and working in global, multi-site environments
- Fluent in English, with flexibility for occasional international travel (2–3 times/year)
