As a Working Student DevOps & Full-Stack Engineering , you will join a dynamic and experienced development team where you'll contribute to executing, building, and optimizing modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling. You will gain hands-on experience across the stack—from backend development in JavaScript/TypeScript to occasional frontend work with React—while collaborating closely with experienced engineers. At the same time, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as Codex and Claude to automate tasks, generate code, and actively contribute to the evolution of our development workflows.

Your Responsibilities

DevOps & System Support - Support and maintain production, pre-production, and deployment environments by assisting in testing, system preparation, and ensuring all approval-based deployment requirements are met.

AI-Driven Development & Automation - Leverage AI tools such as Codex and Claude to automate tasks, generate code, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows.

Operational & Technical Tasks – Perform mission critical technical tasks, including managing application objects, transferring data between systems, and maintaining clean and stable test environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and delivery teams while acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation - Create and maintain clear technical documentation, ensuring proper documentation of code, processes, and internal knowledge.

Your Experience

• Academic Background: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (4th Semester or higher) or a Master's program in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Technical Skills Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, additional experience with Python and a basic understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, deployment processes, environments) are a plus
• AI Interest: Familiarity with or strong interest in AI development tools (eg, Codex, Claude)
• Structured Work Style: Comfortable working within structured processes, approval workflows, and defined systems
• Curiosity & Ownership: Strong technical curiosity and motivation to continuously learn and improve
• Communication Skills: Able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Language: Fluent in English
