Job Description

We help premium and luxury brands transform experiences for meaningful impact, and we are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Team / Community.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the customer experience of some of the most popular and iconic brands, through all the different touchpoints, with the ultimate goal to help our clients to better understand the luxury-premium markets and their customers. Our clients mainly belong to fashion, cosmetics, watch, jewelry, automotive industries. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who will provide you with training and support to help you excel in this position.

Please note that this is a freelance position , and as such, you will be engaged as a freelancer, and not as an employee of the company. This freelance opportunity offers great flexibility and can easily complement a full-time position.

You will be paid for each mission you will correctly complete.

Responsibilities

- Visiting the assigned luxury-premium brands stores/other touchpoints (customer service, website..)

- Performing the mission behaving as a normal client and never revealing your role.

- Following the assigned scenario and guidelines

- Paying attention to the Sales Advisors' attitude and behavior.

- Filling in and submitting an online questionnaire.

Requirements

- Passion for the luxury and/or fashion industry and/or shopping

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking skills

- Detail-oriented

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- No previous experience required
