Your role:

• As a Tech Lead (f/m/d) in our Product Team Dropshipment, you are responsible for the implementation and integration of the dropshipment platform into our existing e-commerce system landscape.
• You will work closely with the Product Owner (f/m/d) to further shape and develop our digital dropshipment solution.
• You work closely with the Product Owner (m/f/d) to further design and develop our digital partner platform
• In alignment with BAUHAUS’s strategic goals, you design future-proof architectures and platforms
• You lead and empower your team of software engineers, for example through coaching or code reviews
• Together with other product teams, you work to ensure an integrative architecture
• You actively contribute to our Tech Lead community and help shape our way of working

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics or a comparable training e.g. as IT Specialist (m/f/d) with several years of professional work experience
• At least two years of relevant work experience as Tech Lead (m/f/d), Lead Engineer (m/f/d) or Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
• Very good knowledge of Golang, DevOps (CI/CD), API design as well as cloud native infrastructure (GCP), knowledge in TypeScript is of advantage
• Experience in integrating SaaS solutions as well as internal GCP solutions
• Empathic team player with strong people and communication skills, as well as the ability to persuade and take responsibility
• Very good knowledge of English and ideally good knowledge of German
